As the co-founder of Team Foster with her mother, Tere Foster, Moya specializes in serving clients in the greater Seattle area, including West Bellevue, Medina, Clyde Hill, Hunts Point, and Yarrow Point, with a particular focus on luxury and waterfront properties.

In 2016, Moya co-founded Avenue Properties alongside Tere and four partners. In 2018, Avenue was acquired by Compass Real Estate, where Team Foster continues to set the standard for luxury marketing and client representation.

Before launching her career in real estate, Moya worked on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., where she gained invaluable experience in communications and strategic relationship building—skills that continue to inform her client-centered approach today.
